The conference only accepts extended abstracts of up to two pages. Authors should use the official extended abstract template and strictly follow the guidelines.

Manuscript Submission (Optional)

Papers presented at the conference are strongly encouraged to be submitted for the special issue (ERMR2025) of the Journal of Intelligent Material Systems and Structures (JIMSS). Submissions should align with the journal's scope and meet its quality standards for publication. All full papers will undergo a fast peer review process, and accepted papers will be published. The submission period is from August 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025.

Student Paper Awards

Up to three awards will be given to the best student papers presented at the conference. The selected papers will be judged based on the originality, significance, and clarity of the work. The awardees will receive certificates during the closing ceremony.
