What’s Included in Your Registration
The registration fee includes participation, reception, conference materials, breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch, banquet, and city tour.
General Participant Registration
Early Registration (On or Before April 15, 2025): 900 CAD
Regular Registration (April 16 - May 30, 2025): 1050 CAD
On-Site Registration (July 7-10, 2025): 1200 CAD
Student Registration (must be current BSc, MSc, PhD, and Postdoc students)

On-Site Registration (July 7-10, 2025): 1000 CAD
Sponsor Registration
The registration fees for the Gold and Silver plans are 7500 CAD and 5000 CAD, respectively. For more information, please visit the Sponsorship page.
Additional Papers
If presenting authors wish to present more than one paper, an additional cost of 300 CAD will be applied for each extra paper.
Accompanying Person
An accompanying person's ticket is valid for the banquet and city tour, but not for admission to the venue. Fee: 300 CAD
Payment Method
Wire transfer, debit card, and international credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Refund Policy
Refund requests should be made before Jun 15, 2025. An administration fee will be deducted from the refund.
